2. Data collected
When you use the contact form on this website, we collect the name, phone number, and email address you submit voluntarily. We do not collect payment data, social security numbers, or sensitive personal data as defined in Article 9 GDPR.
Server access logs maintained by the hosting provider record standard HTTP request metadata (IP address, browser type, page requested, timestamp). These logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days and are used solely for security and technical diagnostics.
3. Cookies
This site sets one first-party cookie named dexvinme_cookie_consent to record whether you have accepted or rejected the cookie banner. This cookie does not contain personal data beyond your consent choice and expires after 365 days. No third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies are set on this domain.
4. Legal basis and purpose of processing
Contact form submissions are processed on the basis of your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) to respond to your enquiry. Server log data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in securing and maintaining the technical infrastructure of the site.
5. Data retention
Contact form messages are retained for a maximum of 12 months from receipt, after which they are permanently deleted. Server logs are deleted after 30 days. Cookie consent records expire as described in Section 3.
6. Data sharing
Personal data submitted through the contact form is not sold, rented, or shared with any third party for commercial purposes. Data may be disclosed to public authorities if required by applicable Polish or EU law.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
